Babol AI Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

   By using babol-ai.com or opening a companion chat from it you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use Babol AI.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence.

3. What Babol AI provides

   Babol AI is a companion chat showcase featuring original fictional characters. It offers conversation and entertainment, nothing more.

4. Fictional characters

   Every companion, name, biography and photograph presented on Babol AI is invented. No companion represents, depicts or is based on a real living person.

5. Not advice

   Conversations on Babol AI are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or emergency advice, and must never be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional.

6. Emergencies

   If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a recognised helpline. A companion chat cannot help you in an emergency.

7. Your account

   You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

8. Acceptable use

   You agree not to use Babol AI for anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory or designed to harm another person.

9. Prohibited content

   You must not submit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals, violence or illegal goods and services.

10. Automated access

    Scraping, crawling for republication, bulk downloading and automated interaction with the chat are not permitted without written consent.

11. Security

    You must not attempt to probe, penetrate, overload or otherwise interfere with the operation of Babol AI or its infrastructure.

12. Fees and billing

    Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Prices, inclusions and billing cycles are shown before any payment is taken.

13. Renewals

    Where a plan renews automatically, the renewal terms are disclosed at purchase and you may cancel before the next cycle begins.

14. Refunds

    Refund requests are considered individually and in line with the consumer rights that apply where you live.

15. Cancellation by you

    You may stop using Babol AI at any time. Cancelling ends future billing but does not refund a period already used.

16. Suspension by us

    We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other users or exposes the service to legal risk.

17. Intellectual property

    The Babol AI name, character writing, photography, layout, code and design are protected and remain the property of Babol AI or its licensors.

18. Limited licence

    You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use Babol AI for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

19. Your content

    You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant Babol AI the limited right to process it in order to operate the conversation.

20. Feedback

    Suggestions you send us may be implemented without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

21. Third-party services

    Some functions rely on external providers whose own terms apply to the part of the experience they deliver.

22. External links

    Links to other websites are offered for convenience. Babol AI does not endorse and is not responsible for their content.

23. Availability

    We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and events beyond our control may interrupt access.

24. Changes to the service

    Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as Babol AI develops. We try to give notice of significant changes.

25. Disclaimer of warranties

    Babol AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

26. Limitation of liability

    To the extent the law allows, Babol AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

27. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify Babol AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

28. Privacy

    Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

29. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the operator of Babol AI, without regard to conflict of law rules.

30. Severability and entire agreement

    If any clause is found unenforceable the remainder continues in force, and these terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us.

31. Updates to these terms

    We may revise these terms. Continued use of Babol AI after a revision is published means you accept the updated version.
